What We Do [About Our Work]

The Amagasaki Municipal Archives(AMA) carries out the following projects:

    Investigate and collect historical materials.

Arrange and preserve these archives to make them accessible to public use.

    Research the history of Amagasaki.

Edit and publish the "New History of Amagasaki" and "Chiikishi Kenkyu (Bulletin of the History of Amagasaki)" magazine.

For the above-mentioned projects, we cooperate with citizen groups and research organizations.

Furthermore, we hold lectures (reading groups on "History of Amagasaki" etc.) and support self-study groups.
